Well Thanks for all your comments ..CAB have done me proud and sent me images of the T-shirt from the March :0 so here we go .. ignore the stomach .. as i have put on nearly 3 stone since being less active ..all around my stomach it appears :O

We met up around 11 am with the London eye in the Background . the skies looked like possible rain...
I was coerced into carrying a CAB balloon and wear a pin badge .

Group shot with National CAB National Social Policy staff who i joined for the march...

Another CAB volunteer being interviewed by SP staff for "sound-bites" for campaign use...

My turn.. hope i said something profound .. though i was trying to concentrate on walking ....

In Conversation .....

Coming up to the House of Commons ......

Well that was just a few from about 20 of the T-shirt .

Rich :)

Thank you to you all , ...

Back to how i was the day before the March now .. which is good but bad all in one sentence !

well that's the end of the blog .. but not the end of campaigning about the forthcoming cuts and changes .

Remember to badger your MP and also have your story told by emailing jamie@nras.org.uk... Your experiences can be put forward with other peoples stories to highlight how the forthcoming changes will affect people with long term conditions and disabilities.
